You know exactly how December usually goes.

Every year it starts with good intentions. Then this happens.

  • The ladder, the ice, and someone holding their breath

One person up a frozen ladder in the wind. One person at the bottom saying "be careful" for two hours straight.

  • The strand that worked last year

You plug it in, half of it stays dark, and your Saturday turns into a hunt for one bad bulb.

  • The weekend that disappears

Two Saturdays, three trips to the hardware store, and the kids asking when it will finally be done.

  • The house that doesn't look quite right

Sagging lines, gaps, three different shades of white. Next to the neighbours' place, it shows.

  • The lights that are still up in February

Nobody wants to climb back up in January's cold. So they stay up. And stay up.

  • The bins that take over the garage

Eleven months of tangled boxes for five weeks of lights.

What if this was the year you just came home to it?

No ladder, no tangles, no January takedown. Just a house that glows from the first snowfall to New Year's.

A family looking up at their home lit for Christmas

The moment you're really paying for.

The first snowy night. You pull into the driveway and the whole house is glowing.

The kids go quiet in the back seat. Neighbours slow down on their evening walk. When your parents visit, they say it's the best the house has ever looked.

That's what we deliver. The lights are just how we get you there.

What homeowners say

★★★★★
Last year I slipped on an icy step trying to reach our second-story peak, that was my final straw. I hired Light Seasons this year, and their crew had our entire roofline and trees done in 3 hours. The custom C9 fit is razor-sharp, zero messy cords, and knowing I didn't have to risk my life on a ladder in sub-zero weather was worth every single penny.

★★★★★
Driving home after work in pitch-black 5 PM darkness used to feel so depressing. Now, turning onto our street and pulling up to our glowing house feels like stepping into a winter resort! The giant illuminated snowmen and wrapped driveway trees completely blew our kids away. Our neighbors haven't stopped complimenting the display.

★★★★★
I waited until mid-November two years ago and every top company was 100% booked up. I locked in my October install early with Light Seasons this time, and the service was flawless. When a December wind storm loosened a clip, they came out within 24 hours to fix it. Best part? January takedown and off-season storage are fully handled. Absolute peace of mind.

Questions homeowners ask us.

Still wondering about something? Message us and a real person will answer.

How much will it cost?

Most homes land between $1,000 and $6,000, and larger properties go beyond that. The price depends on your roofline, trees and extras. Your free photo quote gives you an exact number before you commit, so there are no surprises.

Will you damage my roof or eavestroughs?

No. We never use nails or staples. We use clips designed for shingles and eavestroughs, and they come off clean when we take everything down.

When do you install, and when do the lights come on?

Installs run from mid-October to mid-December. Many customers choose an early date; we set the timer so the lights stay off until the night you pick.

What happens if a light stops working?

Text us a photo. Under our Lights-On Guarantee, we fix any issue with our lights within 48 hours, free, all season.

When do you take the lights down?

Any time starting in January, on a scheduled date. Takedown is included, and we store your lights, labeled with your address, until next season.

Do I need to be home?

No. We just need access to your outdoor outlets. We'll text you before we arrive and send photos when we're done.

What if it snows or the roof is icy on install day?

Safety comes first. If conditions aren't safe, we move you to the next safe day and keep you posted by text.

Can you use lights I already own?

Yes, on an install-only rate. We test every strand before hanging it. Repairs and storage aren't included with customer-owned lights, so most people find our lights are the better value.

Will my hydro bill go up much?

LED lights use a small fraction of the power of old incandescent strands, and the timer keeps them on only during the evening hours you choose.

How does payment work?

A 50% deposit locks your install date. The balance is charged only after you've seen the finished install and approved it. We accept all major credit cards.

Which areas do you serve?

This season we're focused on Toronto, Peel Region, York Region and Durham Region, plus nearby communities. Outside those areas? Send your address anyway and we'll let you know.

Do you decorate for Halloween and Easter too?

Yes. Ask about our Holiday Home Pass, which bundles Christmas, Easter and Halloween with one trusted crew and a locked-in price.

Do you do permanent Christmas lights?

Yes. We install permanent holiday lighting, discreet LED fixtures tucked under your roofline that stay up year-round and are controlled from an app. One install covers every season and holiday, from warm white at Christmas to orange for Halloween and your team's colours on game night, then off whenever you like. Give us a call to talk through the options and pricing.
